Airline retools for holidays

Air Canada chief executive officer Montie Brewer, vowing that his airline will survive the recession, has unveiled plans to tackle the holiday rush by adding seat capacity on major routes, revamping baggage handling and even temporarily storing heavy tools for oil patch workers.
